Our 25-hour Fundamental Instructor Training Course is the first step to prepare and introduce potential teachers and Pilates enthusiasts to the Pilates method. It is built to develop thoughtful, creative, and successful Pilates teachers and practitioners, with an emphasis on the principles, goals and outcomes underlying each exercise.

Participants will learn how to properly align the body will leave with an understanding of how and when to teach and modify the exercises for the general population. Participants will be required to complete an agreement and an online waiver.
